These are the terms you agree to when you create a profile on the Everything Agency talent directory ("the directory") at everythingagency.io. They're written to be read, not skimmed — but the short version is: you stay independent, you control your profile, and we only earn when a brand books you through us.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create a profile. By submitting the form you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is true and accurate. Everything Agency may remove any profile found to be inaccurate or misleading.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, link and piece of content you submit, and that you're authorised to share it publicly. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Everything Agency a non-exclusive licence to display it on the directory and in the releases described in section 06, for the purpose of showcasing you to brands and agencies. The licence ends when you delete your profile, except where a brand has already been introduced through us and the booking is in progress.
You agree to Everything Agency contacting you about your profile, the directory, and booking enquiries, and to us storing your details for those purposes. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Shown publicly: your name (or professional name), city, languages, talent type, bio, niches, years of experience, social handles and follower counts, website and portfolio links, profile photo, a broad rate band, availability, travel preference, and brands you've worked with.
Kept private: your email address, phone number, date of birth, exact day, half-day and hourly rates, rate flexibility, gear and usage-fee details, and any notes you leave us. These are only used by Everything Agency to match you to briefs and quote accurately, and are never shown on the directory or shared without your consent for a specific booking.
You can see, correct or delete everything we hold about you at any time by logging in at everythingagency.io/account, or by emailing hello@everythingagency.io.
Profiles are published automatically so you can share your link straight away. Everything Agency still reviews every profile and may edit, hide or remove a listing at its discretion — for example if it doesn't meet our quality standards, contains inaccurate information, or isn't a fit for the directory. Submitting a profile is not a guarantee that it will stay listed, and it does not create an obligation on Everything Agency to find you work.
You agree that your profile is shown publicly on the directory so that brands and agencies can find you. You remain fully independent: there is no exclusivity and no contract, you may work with anyone else, and you may list yourself elsewhere. Brands are welcome to contact you directly through the links on your profile.
Where a brand or agency books you through Everything Agency — that is, we scope the job, contract it, schedule it or invoice it — Everything Agency earns a commission on that booking, agreed with you before the job is confirmed. We never charge you a fee to be listed.
You agree that the information in your profile may also be included in future Everything Agency releases — including mobile apps, new versions of the directory, and partner platforms where the directory is made available — for the same purpose of showcasing you to brands and agencies. The public/private split in section 03 applies to those releases too. You can edit, hide or delete your profile at any time and it will be removed from those releases as well.
Log in at everythingagency.io/account with the email you signed up with — we send a one-tap link, no password needed. From there you can update anything, hide your profile from the directory, or delete it permanently. Deleting removes your profile and photo from the directory; we may keep booking and invoicing records where the law requires it.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email the address on your profile before the change takes effect. Continuing to keep your profile listed after that means you accept the updated terms. The version you accepted is recorded on your profile.
